Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the request within 365 days of purchase.

  Pack the Bike

  Carefully place the bike back into its original Guardian box, ensuring all components and tools are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our safety team inspects the returned bike at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
